"Team Jiles is a dedicated husband and wife team who have a great desire in helping people better themselves from the inside out! They offer personal training, written diets,and Competition diet training and show prep! They motivate and support their members immensely. I had not worked out in 9 months when I began training with Layci Jiles and Aaron Jiles in January for a competition in March. With Aarons' guidance, training and dedication to keeping us going and motivated, and Layci working side by side with me as not only a partner in the show, but as a constant support as the days went on.
